Things people write in about

The count looks wrong
Almost always a misread attribute. Open the piece, check its category, main colour and formality level, and correct whichever is off — the matrix recomputes as you do. If a specific cell is wrong rather than a piece, select the cell and override the verdict; overrides are kept with the trip.
A piece was flagged redundant and I disagree
Redundant means: dropping it leaves every stated occasion with as many outfits as it has days. If you disagree, the usual cause is that the occasion split does not match the trip — add the day type you are actually packing for and recount.
An upload was rejected
We only accept flat-lay photographs and reject pictures of clothing being worn, checked at upload. Lay the piece flat, shoot straight down, and keep people out of frame.
Billing, invoices and cancellation
Every invoice is on your billing page, and so is the single control that cancels. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan running to the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual photograph from the counter, a whole trip from your trips list, or the entire account from settings. Deletion of an account removes stored photographs and trip descriptions within 30 days. Nothing you upload is ever used to train a model.
Something this site cannot help with
Whether a bag will fit, what an airline allows, what the weather will be, or where to go. None of those are within scope and we will not guess at them.

If a complaint is not settled

Send a written complaint to support@zthello.com first, so that we have a chance to resolve it directly. If it is still unresolved, you may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator. The mediator's name, postal address and website are on the mediation page, and are repeated in the conditions of sale and in the mentions légales.

Accessibility problems

The matrix is a real table, navigable cell by cell from the keyboard, and every cell state is carried by shape and texture as well as colour. If something here is not usable with your assistive technology, tell us what broke and what you were using — see the accessibility statement for how we handle those reports.
