Plans

Three plans, counted the same way

Every plan runs the same arithmetic against the same three rules. What changes is how many pieces you can put in front of it, and whether the sheet that comes out is yours to print.

Before you pay

  • Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew at the price and period shown until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and the next renewal date is always on your billing page.
  • Cancelling. One control on the billing page, available at any time, in no more steps than subscribing took. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Right of withdrawal. Two separate, un-ticked boxes at checkout decide whether your 14-day withdrawal right ends early. Leave them and the right runs in full — read the procedure.
  • No promotions. There are no introductory rates, trials that convert, discount codes or bundled offers, so there are no promotional conditions to read.
  • Terms. Conditions of sale, terms of use and consumer mediation.

The line

Eight pieces, said up front

Where the free plan stops
At eight pieces. That is stated here, before you start, and again the moment you open the counter — not after you have laid a pile out and photographed it.
Why eight is the line
Eight is enough to count a weekend honestly. A five-day trip is usually twelve to twenty candidate pieces, and the count only tells the truth when all of them are in it.
Why a partial count is worse than none
Leave two pieces out and the redundancy answer inverts: a piece that earns nothing against the full list can look essential against a short one. The number you came for is the one you would get wrong.

Paying

Cards accepted at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Card details are entered on a payment page operated by a PCI-DSS certified payment services provider and are never seen, handled or stored by Packcount. The whole site is served over HTTPS.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel from your billing page at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for and does not renew. The conditions under which the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and the conditions under which it ends early, are set out in the withdrawal and sale terms.

A dispute
